Saj used to be a restaurant that was at the top of my list. Don’t get me wrong, I still think it’s fabulous, but they’ve had some recent menu changes that I’m not the biggest fan of. But, their food is so delicious and they pair flavors very nicely. The Beet Root hummus, Mediterranean salad, Split Pea Soup, and the Goat Cheese are my favorite dishes offered at Saj. The ambiance is very cute and intimate. Pro Tip: Saj is BYOB (shocking for Nola). My friends and I have brought a bottle of wine and it was really fun!
