Pigeon and Whale had exceptional food, service, and ambiance. Each dish was unique and curated with an evident artistic vision in mind. The food was rich, but the dishes we ordered balanced each other nicely. The highlights during dinner were the eggplant donuts (don’t knock them till ya try them) and the ceviche. Once the fish was devoured, we drank the lime juice concoction right out of pot! If you get the chance to sit at the bar definitely take the opportunity! The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable about the cocktail menu which elevated the experience.
