Julia Street

In my honest opinion, Otra Vez wasn’t my favorite restaurant. The physical spot was really cool and I liked the set up, but the food was just okay. I was expecting it to be my favorite Mexican restaurant in NOLA, but I feel like there are better places to explore. Otra Vez is more of a high end dining experience rather than a causal Mexican place.
