Miss River
Located in the Four Seasons Hotel, Miss River is truly a special experience. When you walk into the restaurant it feels like you have been transported to a 1920’s river boat cruise. The staff is exceptional, the attention to design detail is noteworthy, and of course the food is divine. I would highly recommend beginning your meal with an order of the sweet potato brioche bread and then move onto the salt crusted fish as a main. The fish was fresh, flaky, and perfectly seasoned. Obviously you can’t leave a great restaurant without having dessert! Miss Rivers twist on a classic Baked Alaska will make your tummy sing! Fun Fact: Alon Shaya (previous owner of Shaya and current owner of Saba) is the owner of Miss River as well and considers this restaurant his “Love letter to Louisiana”.
