The Mint/ Jazmine debate runs deep. Depending on who you ask, they will tell you one is significantly better than the other. In my humble opinion, I like them equally, but for different reasons! Mint has an exceptional tofu noodle bowl that is hardy and delicious. One aspect of mint summer rolls that I appreciate is the freshness of the ingredients.
