There are two types of people: a double patty smash burger lover or thick, juicy grommet style burger lover. If you are on the smash burger wave, Bub’s will change your life. For starters, in 2022 it was rated the 11th best burger IN THE WORLD. If that doesn’t convince you to get in your car and drive over there right now I’ll continue to try. The burger has two patties, perfectly seasoned with grilled onions smashed into the meat. The bun is toasted to a golden brown, accompanied by a special sauce (I don’t know what is in it but its magical) moistening the bun. To top it off they add pickles to enhance the umami flavor of the meat and give it a little crunch. And I can’t forget about the slice of cheese melted right in between the two patties! I genuinely think about this burger every hour of the day. It is a MUST HAVE!
